Pattern for Hemulen´s hat

Hemulen is a character from the Moomin Universe who is known as a collector, a rule follower and very trustworthy. And he also has a great hat. This pattern is designed with everyone in mind and includes sizes for both children and adults. Hemulen’s Hat is the perfect hat in the cold days to dress up any outfit. 

📏 SIZES

Sizes:

Kids: 1-4 years (6-12) years old

Adults: S/M (L/XL)

Gauge: 8 sts x 11 rows = 10 x 10 cm

It is important to have the right tension or else the work will not have the correct measurements at the end.

Suggested needles: 12 mm circular needle (40 and 60 cm) and 12 mm double pointed needles

🧶 MATERIALS

Big Balls from Pickles (100 m, 200 g) or Natur Uld from Hjertegarn (100 m, 100 g)

Big Balls: 1 skein for all sizes

Natur Uld: 2 skeins for all sizes

Note! If using Natur Uld knit with two threads on 10 mm needles
