Please note that you will be charged in DKK. Thus, the prices above are estimations, and your fee will reflect the exchange rate at the point of transaction.

Free international shipping on all orders over 999 DKK.

Shipping within Denmark
We ship with GLS a couple of times a week, and as fast as possible. You can pick up your order at your local drop-off. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us and either a text message or email from the carrier keeping you updated on the tracking. You can track your order with the package number listed in the message you receive from the carrier.

If our product does not meet your expectations please reach out to us, we will be happy to refund the full amount within 3 days. However, since we are a small company, you cover the shipping expenses.

International shipping
We offer international shipping but due to so many lost packages with cheap shipping options, we now only ship insured with Track and Trace. Because we are a small company, we can only offer the National Postal Service for this, so shipping may take a bit longer (expect at least 7-10 days) than what you are used to from your regular webshops. But all good comes to those who wait <3

Once the package leaves Denmark, you should be able to track the package with the number listed in the shipping confirmation email through your National Postal Service. If you are experiencing any issues, please reach out.

NB! TAX/Import VAT.
Unfortunately, we can’t control if you have to pay import VAT or tax upon arrival in your country. This is entirely out of our hands.

Returns
